Group Classes

Are you looking for a high intensity class? During our group classes we come together to burn some extra calories, and offer encouragement among one another. This is a fun and energetic class that you will not want to miss!!

Spin Classes

Are you looking for a challenge? Try our 60 minute, high intensity cardio spin class for a total body work out. We unite the workout with music that gets your adrenaline flowing so that you can work on toning and endurance building. 

Semi-Private Training

During this class we focus on weight training, cardio and abs. Each week we target different muscle groups that will challenge you to your core!! What are you waiting for? Sign up today!! 

MITT Training

Are you interested in learning the fundamentals of boxing? Join our 45 minute MITT training to learn the following: Offense, defense, footwork, combos, and proper punching form. This class builds conditioning and teaches you great eye and hand coordination.

Cardio Dance

Are you looking for a heart-pumping workout in which you’re constantly moving to music? Cardio Dance is a hybrid of dance choreography and cardio exercises. Get ready to burn some calories!!

Relentless Bootcamp

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program that may be conducted by gyms, and personal trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise.

Your First Class is on Us

This is a one hour session to experience our training style, where you can get a feel to see if our club is a good fit for you. You’re welcome to try out any one of our classes.

Do you offer training or classes?

Here at Relentless Fitness Gym we offer a series of fitness classes that are led by certified instructors that help members build individual workout plans, and we help members understand the equipment. We’re here to help you with every step of your fitness journey.

What are your operating hours?

Mon: 5 am to 11 am & 3 pm to 7 pm

Tues: 5 am to 11 am & 3 pm to 7 pm

Wed: 5 am to 11 am & 3 pm to 7 pm

Thurs: 5 am to 11 am & 3 pm to 7 pm

Fri: 5 am to 11am & 3 pm to 5 pm

Sat: 8 am to 11 am

Sun: 9 am to 11:30 am

Anything for free?

Yes!! We provide a complimentary one hour session so that you can experience our training style. We want you to get a feel to see if our gym is a good fit for you. You’re welcome to try out any one of our classes.

Is Relentless Fitness locally owned?

Yes!! Relentless Fitness Gym is a locally owned, independent gym that is not affliated with any franchise or big wig corporation. Our friendly staff will directly handly all of your account questions and account changes at our gym. Our online payment system is user friendly, and there are no hidden contract obligations. Come in or call 562-541-1265. We’re here for all your fitness needs.

What should I wear to exercise?

Here at Relentless Fitness we would recommend wearing any type of clothes that are comfortable; Exercise clothes, t-shirts, sweat pants, tennis shoes. You do not have to look perfect in any way. It is not our place to judge here at Relentless fitness. We’re here to have fun, get fit, and work up a sweat!

Can I gift a membership?
