No one is exactly like you.  That’s why we customize our program for each of our clients. What does this mean?

  • If you have unique physical requirements, we work within those specifics. (NOTE: Please be sure to consult with medical professionals providing your care before starting any physical fitness program.)

  • If your work schedule only permits specific times for you to invest in your physical fitness program, we work with that.

  • If you have specific financial concerns about investing in your physical fitness, let’s talk about how to accommodate your particular budget.

  • Whatever your specific set of circumstances are, most likely, we can find a way to work with them.

  • A commitment to do the recommended “homework” we give to you, our physical fitness student.

  • A conscientious attitude about doing your best (within any physical limitations that may be a concern to you)

  • Showing up! That means no unreasonable excuses about why you no longer want to build a healthy body to serve your needs while living!

SERVICES

What We Do

Group Training

60 minutes of either High Intensity Interval Training, Cardio blast or total body work where our trainer focuses on the group

One on One Training

60 minutes of personal training where our trainer, Kevin Parris, is dedicated to helping that one client for 60 minutes. 

Meal Planning

Preparing a meal to suit various goals and learning how to eat to live and not live to eat should be important.

Full Body Massages

Total body massage includes cupping, sports and therapeutic massages done by Kerstyna

Body Fat Assessments

Analysis which includes weight, body fat, muscle mass, bone density & body water percentages

Semi-Private Training

60 minutes of semi-private training focused on the individual in small group settings

Awareness

Calculate Your BMI

BMI (Body Mass Index) measures a person’s weight in accordance to his or her height. More often than not, BMI, correlates with total body fat. As the BMI increases, so will a person’s total body fat.
